You can access the Terms and Conditions here.

How is the Top Agent data award judged?

Top Agent awards are powered by realestate.com.au data to recognise the top performing residential sales agent in their suburb. They are awarded based on the following data points measured over the period 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025.

  • Total number of properties sold
  • Agent market share
  • Total number of primary sales
  • Total number of secondary sales
  • Median sold price
  • Median days on site
  • Total number of reviews
  • Mean rating

An agent must have minimum of 3 listings in the suburb throughout the 2025 calendar year to qualify for the award.

Follow these tips to put your best foot forward for the award.

I work across multiple suburbs, can I win multiple Top Agent awards?

Yes, it is possible to be named a Top Agent in one or more suburbs where you are the top performing agent in the 2025 calendar year based on the award criteria.
